Ryland Ferrier

A kinesiology graduate from Acadia University and personal trainer for over 10 years with kinesiologist experience, Ryland has found a profession that he continues to be passionate about. Ryland is devoted husband and father who loves to golf and play tennis, well pretty much every sport ! 

With his scientific and athletic approach to training , Ryland’s focus for each client is not only to get them stronger in a safe way but to educate them on how their body moves and why. Every client is different so every program will be different and individualized to their specific needs.

Graduate of York University – Health Studies and Mohawk College – Health & Wellness. CSEP Certified Personal Trainer, and Toronto Firefighter. I have experience working with all types of athletes (Dancers, Figure Skaters, Hockey, soccer and baseball players.  Stacey has trained a variety of youth sports teams as well as individual athletes.
