Pilates is a system of repetitive exercises performed on a yoga mat or other equipment to promote strength, stability, and flexibility. Pilates exercises develop the body through muscular effort that stems from the core. The technique cultivates awareness of the body to support everyday movements that are efficient and graceful.
A Pilates class can look very different depending on the needs of the client/class. Whether it is contemporary or classic, with or without equipment and/or props, Pilates has a way of challenging your body to work in different ways. Each session will be tailored to your needs to help you feel successful in connecting to your body. Pilates is meant for every body and everybody can do Pilates, and benefit from it!

“You will feel better in ten sessions, look better in twenty sessions, and have a completely new body in thirty sessions.” - Joseph Pilates
Clinical Pilates

Registered Massage Therapy is the manipulation of the body’s soft tissues, including muscles, connective tissues, tendons, ligaments, and joints. It is a clinically-oriented healthcare option that helps alleviate the discomfort associated with everyday and occupational stresses, muscular overuse, and many chronic pain conditions. Massage Therapy can be used to treat both acute and chronic conditions. It can also be beneficial to a wide variety of conditions and is a great addition to your everyday healthcare.
Registered Massage Therapy

Fascial Stretch Therapy™ is a pain-free, unique, complete, and complementary system of table-based assisted stretching, focusing on the fascia and joint capsule as the key elements in achieving optimal flexibility, strength, performance, and pain relief. FST™ is one of the quickest, most effective, and most pleasant methods to eliminate pain, restore function, move and feel better in activities of life, fitness, and sports!

After an initial intake and assessment your session will be catered to your body’s needs. The treatment is best done in comfortable loose fitting clothing to be able to optimize the range of motion of each joint. Often within the first sessions clients notice and feel a difference in their body’s feel and function.
