I look forward to my challenging and never boring training sessions with Mani.  I train after work and usually arrive feeling tired and leave feeling energized.  I have work related repetitive strain injury and Mani understands my limitations and helps me work through my aches and pains.  He genuinely cares, has a positive attitude and is always encouraging and motivating me to train smarter and harder.  Mani is very knowledgeable – always provides explanations for learning proper form and techniques to prevent injuries.  My fitness has improved – I can squat and dead lift progressively heavier weights.  Thanks to Mani’s expertise as a dedicated personal trainer – I am healthier, stronger and my endurance and coordination have also improved.
